Port Bay Improvement Association Meeting Agenda
For September 13th, 2019
Attendance: Board members Dave Aldrich, Myrtle Furguson, Becky Hilbert, Carol Myers, Doug Atwood, Terry Palis and Chip Compertore.
Approval of August Minutes: Terry made a motion to accept the
August minutes and Becky seconded it. A vote was called, and the motion passed.
Treasurer’s Report: Myrtle stated that a $1500.check was written to La Valley for the barge. Carol made a motion to approve the treasurers report and Chip seconded it. A vote was called, and the motion was approved.
Membership: Doug stated that he met with Jamie and that he has the equipment and supplies now. He cleaned the printer and it is now working fine.
Online Membership / new website: Dave recommended viewing the United Shoreline video on YouTube.

Channel & Dredging: Dave attended a 4th Ready meeting.
Sewer Project: The Eastside is not expected to be completed until Maybe ch – June of 2020.
Boat Parade: Myrtle stated the boat parade was a success. Next year’s Boat Parade will be Friday July 3.
Fishing Derby: Terry stated the fishing derby was also a success. Results can be found on the website. Terry to draft a letter to give to the businesses that donated to the derby for gas purposes.
2020 Annual Dinner Meeting: The dinner will be held on June 6th, 2020.
Anything else: Myrtle made a motion to adjourn and everyone immediately seconded it so there was no need for a vote.
Next meeting October 11th.
