Opening Remarks: Another great weekend for the PBIA-the Fishing Derby was a great event and fun was had by all!

“Social Society of Port Bay” is an informal group of volunteers

Mark discussed a $150.00 joining fee to people to support this group. They felt they have people willing to donate money possible up towards $20,000.00.

Some activities discussed: food truck, art festival, or painting party, movies outside, music

Some concerns from PBIA Board
-
Confusion for homeowners with two organizations and some may stop donating to PBIA. Mark stated they would only take money if people had already paid the PBIA membership dues.
