Annual Meeting - Port Bay Improvement Association
We hope that you are enjoying the summer on beautiful Port Bay!
Given the current state of the pandemic and uncertainty of the availability and accommodations of the facilities required to hold our Annual Meeting in person, the Board of Directors has decided to handle the Annual Meeting through mail and electronic means.
We will distribute minutes, treasurer's report and updates electronically and in hard copy through the USPS with a timeline for members response.
We will miss the opportunity to see everyone in person, however, we believe this is best so our members stay safe and healthy.
